Products modified, repaired, etc. by the customer are excluded from the commercial warranty. The commercial warranty will not cover products returned damaged during transport or due to improper use.

• Complete clasp change: €15 incl. VAT
• Changing one side of the clasp: €8 incl. VAT
• Simple repair such as broken elastic, missing beads etc.: €10 incl. VATAdding €5 for shipping costs.

The return of goods out of warranty must be accompanied by payment for the repair as well as shipping costs (by check payable to Signé Fanny)Customized clothing cannot be exchanged. Clothing can only be returned if it is defective.
Before any return, it is essential to send us, by email, photos of the defective garment, within 24 hours maximum following delivery.
After agreement by return email, you can return the goods to us, at the latest within 3 days maximum
The cost of returning the goods is at the customer's expense.
The goods must be shipped to "Signé FANNY" 27 boulevard Raymond Poincaré - 35700 RENNES - accompanied by a RIB for reimbursement.
Once the goods have been received, unused and unworn and in accordance with the photos, we will proceed with the refund (by bank transfer only) within eight days, if all of the above conditions have been met.
If the garment received has been worn or if the damage to the garment is more significant than the declared defect, we will refund 50% of the purchase value including tax (promotion or discount included).
Signé Fanny is not responsible for any failure of the transport services. All orders are sent by express service with a tracking number in order to trace each shipment. The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering, by tracked parcel from La Poste within 2 to 5 working days (for mainland France). All orders validated before 9 a.m. are generally processed by SIGNE FANNY during the day.
The delivery times indicated when ordering are nevertheless indicative times, starting from the day following the customer's validation of their order, and correspond to the processing and delivery times (delivery of products by post) in working days.
Under no circumstances may the deadlines indicated be enforceable or give rise to any liability on the part of SIGNE FANNY.
Nevertheless, SIGNE FANNY, in all cases, undertakes to ensure delivery within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the day following purchase, subject to full payment of the price, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code.

If you do not receive your tracked package after 10 working days, without any delivery notice being reported, you are advised to check the status on the website www.coliposte.net.SIGNE FANNY will not be held liable for any incorrect or missing information in the delivery address or in the customer's identity when entering the order placed by the latter.
SIGNE FANNY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to La Poste or any other carrier. Signé Fanny's prices are listed in Euros, all taxes included. The VAT rate applied is the legal rate in effect.

Article 6 – CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
The customer has a 48-hour warranty period from receipt of their order to return a defective product. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, each in perfect condition. The shipping and return costs will then be the responsibility of the customer. Beyond this period, repairs are the responsibility of the customer according to the stated rates.

Any disputes between Signé Fanny and its clients will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court of the company's registered office: Signé Fanny. A 15-day conciliation period must be initiated before any legal action is taken.
