The jewelry created is neither returned nor exchanged.

Jewelry comes with a 48-hour warranty in the event of a major manufacturing defect or bracelet sizing issue. After this time limit, no claims will be accepted upon receipt.

The customer must submit a complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and photos as proof. The customer must also provide proof of purchase: invoice or proof of payment via the website www.signefanny.fr

Products modified, repaired, etc. by the customer are excluded from the commercial warranty. The commercial warranty will not cover products returned damaged during transport or due to improper use.

When the 48-hour commercial warranty period has expired or when the customer has attempted to repair the bracelet themselves, SIGNE FANNY may offer the customer repair of the bracelets only, subject to a financial contribution from the customer for the repair at the rates below:

• Complete clasp change: €15 incl. VAT
• Changing one side of the clasp: €8 incl. VAT
• Simple repair such as broken elastic, missing beads, etc.: €10 incl. VAT

Adding €5 for shipping costs.

To do this, write to the address of SIGNE FANNY by registered letter.
The return of goods out of warranty must be accompanied by payment for the repair as well as shipping costs (by check payable to Signé Fanny)

Customized clothing cannot be exchanged. Clothing can only be returned if it is defective.

Before any return, it is essential to send us, by email, photos of the defective garment, within 24 hours maximum following delivery.

After agreement by return email, you can return the goods to us, at the latest within 3 days maximum

The cost of returning the goods is at the customer's expense.

The goods must be shipped to "Signé FANNY" 27 boulevard Raymond Poincaré - 35700 RENNES - accompanied by a RIB for reimbursement.

Once the goods have been received, unused and unworn and in accordance with the photos, we will proceed with the refund (by bank transfer only) within eight days, if all of the above conditions have been met.

If the garment received has been worn or if the damage to the garment is more significant than the declared defect, we will refund 50% of the purchase value including tax (promotion or discount included).

Signé Fanny is not responsible for any failure of the transport services. All orders are sent by express service with a tracking number in order to trace each shipment. The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering, by tracked parcel from La Poste within 2 to 5 working days (for mainland France). All orders validated before 9 a.m. are generally processed by SIGNE FANNY during the day.
The delivery times indicated when ordering are nevertheless indicative times, starting from the day following the customer's validation of their order, and correspond to the processing and delivery times (delivery of products by post) in working days.
Under no circumstances may the deadlines indicated be enforceable or give rise to any liability on the part of SIGNE FANNY.
Nevertheless, SIGNE FANNY, in all cases, undertakes to ensure delivery within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the day following purchase, subject to full payment of the price, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code.

If you do not receive your tracked package after 10 working days, without any delivery notice being reported, you are advised to check the status on the website www.coliposte.net.

SIGNE FANNY will not be held liable for any incorrect or missing information in the delivery address or in the customer's identity when entering the order placed by the latter.

SIGNE FANNY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to La Poste or any other carrier. The risks of transport are borne by the customer, who must, if necessary, file a reasoned protest with the postal services or the carrier following any unjustified delay.

SIGNE FANNY declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of ordered products, strikes, or any unforeseeable event or force majeure.

 

All elements of the Site such as products, visuals, including the underlying technology covered by intellectual property rights, are protected and are the exclusive property of Signé Fanny. Any fraudulent use will be prosecuted. The user who has a personal website and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link directly to the Signé Fanny site, must first request authorization from SIGNE FANNY. Furthermore, any hyperlink to the Signé Fanny site and using in particular the technique of framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep linking technique is in any case formally prohibited. In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized, must be removed at the simple request of SIGNEFANNY. Hyperlinks may be directed to sites other than the Site. Signé Fanny disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites violates the laws and regulations in force.

Article 1 – PRICE

Signé Fanny's prices are listed in Euros, all taxes included. The VAT rate applied is the legal rate in effect.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.

Signé Fanny reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. However, all invoices will be expressed according to the prices applicable on the day of the order.

The products remain the property of Signé Fanny until full payment of the invoices.

Article 2 – ORDER

Signé Fanny reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order (same name or same address). More generally, Signé Fanny reserves the right to cancel any transaction whose nature or origin appears to be questionable.

By confirming your order, you declare that you accept it and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by Signé Fanny constitutes proof of all transactions between Signé Fanny and its customers.

The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Article 3 – AVAILABILITY

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they appear on the site and while stocks last.

In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.

Article 4 – DELIVERY

Our orders are delivered by La Poste to the delivery address indicated when the customer places the order.

Delivery times are typically 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. However, Signé Fanny cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to postal services.

We decline all responsibility in the event of an unsigned shipment not received or lost.

Products travel at the customer's risk.

Article 5 – PAYMENT

Payment for purchases is made exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer or via Paypal.

Article 6 – CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

The customer has a 48-hour warranty period from receipt of their order to return a defective product. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, each in perfect condition. The shipping and return costs will then be the responsibility of the customer. Beyond this period, repairs are the responsibility of the customer according to the stated rates.

Article 7 – DISPUTES

Any disputes between Signé Fanny and its clients will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court of the company's registered office: Signé Fanny. A 15-day conciliation period must be initiated before any legal action is taken. This conciliation period begins with the applicant sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt clearly stating the grievances.
